How can I register?

To make your registration please send an email to training@emete.com. Please indicate name, address and information for billing. Your registration will be accepted after we receive the payment.

Registrations accepted until 5 working days before the start date.


Who can I contact for more information?

For more information, please send your questions, problems or concerns directly to our training specialists through our email address training@emete.com.


How should I make my payment?

We accept the following methods of payment:

  1. Payments by bank transfer:

What happens once I have registered?

Once you have registered and provided payment details, you will receive an email confirmation we the following information:

  • Your course title and number,
  • Your course date and location,
  • Directions to your training location, and
  • Prerequisites for your course.

If you do not receive this and you have provided payment details, please contact our support team. You will be billed during the week of class.


What are the training cancellation policies?

Prices: Emeteclass reserves the right to change course prices at any time. In the event of such change, confirmed registrations will be honored at the original price.

Cancellations:
Emeteclass reserves the right to cancel a course at any time. If Emeteclass cancels a course, you will receive a full refund.
A full refund, less a 25€ processing fee, will be offered for cancellations made on or before the close of business, 45 days before each training course.
70% refund , will be offered for cancellations made between 31 and 44 days before each training course.
40% refund , will be offered for cancellations made between 16 and 30 days before each training course.
No refund or credit will be offered for cancellations made with less than 15 days notice; if you do not show up; or if you leave a course early.

The cancellation request must be sent to training@emete.com.

The 1st Floor Challenge: This cancellation policy does not apply to The 1st Floor Challenge workshop . To know the workshop cancellation policy you should read the Terms & Conditions in the official event page.
